Mô tả công việc
Job Summary:
- Be responsible for attaining turnover target according to company business development strategy.
- Maintain and develop customer network in the South.
- Coordinate with Marketing Department to enhance brand image and reputation and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:
1. Be in charge of sales
- Make sales plan monthly, quarterly, yearly
- Set target for each area
- Supervise operation of sub-functions according to their targets
- Build sales policy, implement sales-boosting strategies such as merchandising, promotion, branding
- Make sales report evaluate sales growth monthly, quarterly, yearly
- Advise Board of Directors in building sales-boosting policy
2. Develop product range of PR
- Plan and implement sales activities quarterly, yearly
- Propose and carry out programs to develop product range
- Develop and expand system
- Conduct sales forecast for products of PR
- Plan and implement promotion programs
- Make sales reports and evaluate yearly & quarterly growth rates for Managing Director
- Advise BOD in business development policy
3. AR Management and debt collection
- Monitor AR and collect debt on schedule
- Supervise AR confirmation
- Solve bad debts
4. Manage departmental operating cost and customer investment cost
- Effectively supervise operation cost of department and customer investment cost
- Balance cost and turnover
5. Market research and build relationship with local authority
- Collect and analyze market information in the South
- Control GMA, Counterfeit.
- Business entertaining on behalf of company
6. Maintain and take care of current customers
- Plan and visit customers
- Handle queries and complaints of customers
- Create and maintain good relationship with customers
7. Develop new market
- Develop potential customers
8. Manage customers filing
- Supervise customer information update
- Supervise customer classification
- Check data storage (sales turnover, contracts..)
9. Build internal sales procedure
- Check current procedure and build more internal procedure to ensure good customer service
10. Coordinate with other departments to satisfy customer needs
- Coordinate with other departments to satisfy customer needs
11. Implement and promote saving initiatives
- Call on raising ideas to improve procedure so as to increase work efficiency
- Supervise staff using company assets economically
12. Staff management
- Succession planning
- Conduct staff performance & competency appraisal periodically
- Supervise subordinates’ work routines
- Implement reward and discipline for staff
13. Staff training and development
- Conduct training on products and working procedure
- Develop selling skills for staff

- University degree
- At least 3 years relevant experience in trading field
- Over12 years from university graduation
- Relevant experience in alcoholic industry or FMCG an advantage
- Outgoing with good initiative and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Leadership skills & problem solving skills
- Work independently and under high pressure
- Good command of English
- Computer literate (good skill in Microsoft Office software, Excel, Words, Power point Presentation)
