Head of QC, Payment Business

The Head of QC is in-charged the quality assurance standards of ZaloPay product. You will be working with our cross-functional tech delivery teams where you will build our next generation of globally scalable technology platforms.

You will lead the QC team for researching and developing in support of product and systems requirements over the course of software development life-cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality assurance works
• Lead the QC team and collaborate with different teams across the organization to make sure quality is embedded in both processes and technology.
• Spike and learn new test tools depending on various project recommendations.
• Deep dive into new business domains to help teams analyze, test and build quality software.
• Have an impact and influence individuals at an organizational level, building a test strategy that covers multiple products and projects.
• Analyze and collect information and evidence, identify problems and opportunities and ensure recommendations fit with strategic business objectives.
• Design and execute non-functional testing, e.g. Performance, security and accessibility, by using standard testing techniques.
• Build up quality standards for ZaloPay
• Conduct internal audits to measure and assure adherence to established QC standards for software development, application integration, and information system performance, and corresponding documentation.
• Continuously be alert to trends and changes in quality related issues over the course of projects and report them without hesitation

• 5+ years direct experience as a QC Manager for major application integration and/or major application product release
• Understand the E2E test method, and be able to write test cases based on the specific scenarios of E2E, execute use cases, and confirm bug fixes with developers.
• A rich breadth of experience in testing web, API and mobile fundamentals, have experience in test script writing; have some experience in Code languages
• An eagerness to do what it takes to get the job done. Whether that means going back to the drawing board with a problem or simply taking on different roles and responsibilities for a period of time you thrive at adapting to changing environments.
• Experience of testing various complex applications, service oriented architectures (SOA) and micro services.
• Experience of working in an agile environment.
• Effective in utilizing a range of contemporary technologies including cloud platforms, open source to better enable and enhance the delivery of QC services.
