Mô tả công việc
- Lead and in charge of the overall Project Management Office (PMO)
- Build project teams and assign required team members for the projects. The members can be Product Managers, Finance Staff, Admin Staff etc
- Monitor the progress and accomplishment of the project teams. Add and allocate necessary resources to ensure the project teams’ success
- Provide support and make decisions (if necessary) when the project teams encounter challenges they can not resolve
- Provide regular reports & communication to the Senior Management team on the progress and achievement of all existing projects
- Anticipate future projects, identify their necessary resources and potentials hurdles

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Degree holder, preferably in business field or other relevant disciplines.
- 5+ years of project management, including change management.
- Strong knowledge in relevant areas and industries
- Experience in multi-cultural working environment and / or MNC is an advantage.
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong leadership and influential skills
- Strong initiative, follow-through and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve potential issues or risks related to projects
- Good communication skills
- Good basic computer skills, including the use of MS Office & MS Project applications
