Head of Product (Vietnam & Cambodia)

We are looking for an experienced candidate to join our rapidly growing team in Vietnam and Cambodia. Our Head of Product will be responsible for the technical vision and development of our factory software, eCommerce and other online services. You’ll be managing our software sales and implementation staff and liaising with senior management and software development staff. You’ll ensure our products are optimised for the Vietnamese and Cambodian markets and will provide vital inputs into our product roadmap. As Head of Product you will report to our Head of SAAS and Head of Fintech in Singapore.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and mentor a team of sales and implementation staff
- Ensure a best in class user experience across our software, fintech and eCommerce offerings
- Build incredible teams and processes to deliver products that satisfy the needs of our customers
- Product lifecycle management from concept to launch for the Vietnam market
- Define pricing and competitive positioning for each product
- Become a key evangelist of the product and participate in press activities, conferences etc.

- Minimum of 5+ years managing product teams
- BA in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in the Textile, Clothing or eCommerce sectors is preferred
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
- Confidence working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Intermediate English ability is required
