Head Of Product Operations

- As a Product Operations Manager, you will operate as right-hand person to the CEO, ensuring smooth coordination and communication within Product Development and with the broader organization.

- Responsibilities

+ Set the vision for Product Operations and motivate a large team of high-performers to achieve their goals;

+ Lead data-driven operational planning, resourcing, and optimization of support across various product needs and stages of maturity; 

+ Drive Product Operations strategy to support across Gapo campaign;

+ Lead key cross-product initiatives that improve the user experience, leveraging exceptional communication to develop recommendations to executives, including product and operations leadership;

+ Rigorously sets and measures operational metrics and outcomes, and continually improves processes through industry-leading methods ;

+ Be a company thought leader on product quality and prominent advocate representing the community to product leadership;

+ Role model executive leadership characteristics that contribute to team-wide effectiveness;

+ Recruit, develop and lead a high performing global team;

+ Working with social media partner.

- MS or MBA preferred;

- Experience in bringing products from concept through the product lifecycle;

- Experience in leading large teams (40+) and operations to scale ;

- Experience working collaboratively with product and engineering leaders, and experience working across multiple functions;

- Team-builder and experienced people manager;

- Experience leading ambiguous and less defined environments;

- Experience managing remote teams and contingent workforces;

- Experience in social media industry .
