Mô tả công việc
- Design and develop innovative products for our target customer segments, as well as digital journey from on-boarding to transacting
- Build liability products, card products, merchant products, co-brand product strategies and product specification. Develops and implements acquisition and transaction plans to drive business growth and meet business targets. Conducts regular review on market trends and studies competitor activities to identify opportunities. Initiates product ideas and ongoing features/benefits tailored for each target segment.
- Oversees the development of short and long-term goals to meet product objectives and the implementation of appropriate long term strategic plans and presents them to management
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders
- Track and report the product performance for the Digital Bank
- Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (written and verbal) to team members on product initiatives

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- 15+ years in similar roles preferably across multiple consumer service industries of which 3 – 4 years as Head of products management for a large, preferably multi-national, entity.
- Must have keen interest & focus in identifying market opportunities in general consumer experiences and using digital technology to ‘solve the problem’
- Good knowledge and hands on experience in Product Management, preferably in multiple business domains, especially relating to consumers.
- Good Programming and Debugging Skills esp.in the Java, Angular JS, HTML5 etc.
- Strong management, presentation and negotiation skills
- Time flexibility
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
