Mô tả công việc
** Tasks:
- Construct IVB’s Accounting Policy and Finance Regime in accordance with Viet Nam Accounting Standards and other regulations that applied in the banking system;
- Prepare booking guidance for new products and other transactions;
- Construct the Cashiering Policies and regulation; construct the balance limit of accounts of all BUs and cash on hand limit for all BUs according to instructions of BOEs.
- Construct the Policy for risk detecting to measure and prevent possible risks;
- Establish accounting control system, create management tools and give specific instructions and guidance on these control tasks;
- Coordinate with all operational departments to periodically review and assess the accounting regimes and policies to ensure they comply with the legal norms and IVB’s regulations;
- Take the leading role in attending the training courses, workshops organized by the government authorities on accounting policy;
- Participate in the finance and accounting projects.

** Job requirements:
- Male/ Female with Bachelor degree upwards of Banking/Finance/Economics or equivalent
- Good knowledge of Accounting, Cashiering of Bank
- Good at skills of management, problem solving, negotiation, presentation
- Experience: at least 03 years experience in management role of Finance, Accounting
- English: TOEIC 700 or equivalent. Preferable for proficient English
** Candidate’s profile includes:
