Head of Operations

o Lead and direct the country Operations team in the development and implementation of initiatives to achieve country business priorities
o Provide best-in-class transportation service to meet customers’ business and operation requirements by ensuring development and implementation of initiatives and partnerships
o Support the business acquisition process and provide after sales support in order to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
o Develop and manage relationship, manage performance and cost of key suppliers, country agent partner
o Develop and implement the Operations component and align with the Regional strategies
o Perform management tasks with due regard to budgetary targets, service/productivity levels and cost controls

o 10 years management experience in a service related role, preferably in the Air Express Industry
o Experience implementing change
o Experience of the local regulatory environment
o Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
o Excellent Leadership skills
o Analytical, organisational and motivational skills
