A.GENERAL JOB FUNCTION
• The Head of Sales Vietnam is overall responsible for business operations and working processes within the SALES_VN department. It involves the responsibility of ensuring that business operations and working processes are implemented and our procedures are followed. She or He is responsible to focus on continuous improvement and to be the leader for increasing our customer service level for direct market sales and agents.
• Senior Manager is overall responsible for the department, including HR, procedures and management of the department.
B.RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:
• Responsible for leading the SALES_VN master plan cooperation with the operational planning team
• Be project leader ISO 9001 project for SALES_VN and be responsible for all ISO 9001 issues.
• Create, develop, maintain and improve working process within the commercial department
• Manage on a daily basis the people within the SALES_VN organization
• Manage HR, procedures and activities
• Assist Commercial Management to control the fixed cost budget for the departments of commercial departments.
• Train and maintain appropriate level for the employees of commercial department Monitor the order update and data discipline in ERP system
• Support subordinates on proactive and problem solving in daily basic
• Cooperate with managers from other departments within ScanCom to improve daily work flow
• Lead and manage Sales_VN to solve problems on delivery plan and consolidate information for commercial decision.
• Through reports analyze key figures for the market, in terms of volume, profitability and delivery in time. Responsible for a monthly reporting focus on KPI’s for the department and data quality
• Stay abreast of best practices in commercial administration and back office functions as well as customer service trends through continued self-development and training
C.WORKING RELATIONSHIP
1.Internal:
• Group Management, Commercial, Planning and Operation, Production, IT, ScanCom Brazil, ScanCom Indonesia and KM, as well as Technical Department, Procurement, Logistics, Import Export and Quality assurance.
2.External:
• Customers, 3rd party related to customer service
3.Subordinate:
• Sales VN department
• As defined in Organization chart

D. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
Required Experience:
• Economic Degree and strong knowledge in International Trading
• Have 10 years experience in Furniture industry, in which, 05 years in senior manager role
• Fluently in speaking and writing Vietnamese and English.
• Good skills in ERP systems, MS Office and Excel.
• Good communication & leadership skills, and able to make managerial decisions.
• Systematic thinking approach and flexible problem solving.
• Ability to work as a part of team and maintaining control under pressure.
• Handling of customer relationship management
• Strong customer communication and relationship skills, strong public speaking and presentation skills, and problem solving skills are essential.
• Proven ability to effectively operate and communicate in a matrix environment and work effectively with business management, customers, and across business and organizational boundaries.
• Ability to think strategically and transfer into operative actions.
• Strong skillset within operational planning.
E.WORKING CONDITION
• Working place: Song Than Industrial Park, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam
• Working time: Full time
• Others: Willing to work overtime, when needed
