Contribute to achieving sales objectives (market share, sales, gross margin): define relevant and consistent marketing plans which will sustain commercial strategy.
- Help the market company to adapt to market evolutions :
- Observe and understand how the environment is changing (Research, Retail audit panels),
- Propose adaption of commercial and communication strategy.
- Supervise marketing department. Coach product or brand managers :
- Provide them with expertise and long term vision,
- Make sure that all of them are working in the same direction.
- Be in charge of budget allocated to marketing activities and advertising and liaise with corporate strategy department and SBUs.
- Liaise with the sales department to develop an accurate sales forecast throughout the year.

- Marketing expenses management and ROI Incumbent is leading a team of product managers
- He/she should inspire them,
- He/she has to supervise their work to ensure quality planning and execution,
- He/she must coach and train them.
The incumbent is instrumental in the definition of objectives which will ultimately be given to the market company :
- He/she writes a marketing plan and discusses content with SBUs,
- He/she proposes this marketing plan to the managing director of the market company for approval.
- Objectives set in the budget for next year will be derived from this marketing plan.

- Marketing Plan
- Develop and execute the annual budget and marketing plan
- Develop new products and category
- Develop product pricing and distribution plan
- Manage marketing expenses
- Communication
- Manage advertisement production and execution
- Manage annual PR plan and related activities
- Manage annual web plan and related activities
- Promotion
- Develop and manage promotions: consumer promotion, in-store promotion, fair, gift development, promo pop etc...
- Manage narra-demonstration: scheme, scheduling, organizing
- Merchandising
- Develop merchandising equipment and materials: booth development and installation, light film, pop etc
- Point of sales material development: product catalogue, consumer leaflet, infomercial etc
- Product Training
- Product USP development
- Training material development and training execution
- Others
- Plan and manage market researches
- Rolling sales forecast supervision

- University degree with +/- 10 years experience in marketing in established international consumer goods firm.
- Knowledge of Cookware and/or SDA products & business is a plus
- Insights and data-driven in generating Marketing/Brand communication strategies
- Proven success in past new product launches, business management, people management
LEADERSHIP

- Strong communication skills for marketing counseling of MD, engagement of matrixed organization with global business units, and motivation of own peers and team.
