JOB PURPOSES:
The Head of Marketing is responsible for developing the Marketing strategies, leading the implementation of marketing activities in line with long-term vision and mission of company’s business.
In addition, the job holder plays a leadership role in the recruitment & managing the team, building capacities, operating effectiveness, team spirit and collaborative culture across the Marketing team and within the organization in support of growing an outstanding high-performance team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with the Leadership team to identify long-term Marketing strategy.
• Ensure appropriate planning, development, delivery and measurement of all marketing & communications activities including but not limited to client engagement, advertising, events, PR, media relations, social media, content marketing & reputation management.
• Manage and oversee all day-to-day Marketing activities by leading and providing overall guidance on look and feel of deliverables and ensure contents, messages and graphics are aligned with company’s strategic positioning.
• Manage budget allocation across both online and offline channels.
• Perform data monitoring, analysis and provide proper action plans based on market research & consumer insights.
• Ensure strong partnership within internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality work within timelines and budgets provided.
• Recruit and develop Marketing team.
• Other tasks are assigned by Line Manager.

• Geographical Area: The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam
• Direct subordinates: 04
• Direct report to General Director of Vietnam
• Dotted-line managers: N/A
• External customers: All suppliers/ partners/ customers related to the scope of work
• Internal customers: All Leroy Merlin colleagues in Ho Chi Minh City

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Educational requirements: Bachelor/MBA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations and/or Business Administration.
• At least 7-year experience in designing, developing, implementing and tracking both digital and offline marketing campaigns at the same or similar role.
• Proven track record of success in achieving targets in multinational companies. Experience working in home improvement market is an advantage.
• Desire and motivation to work in a rapid growth and start-up environment.
• Strong sense of business acumen, ownership & entrepreneur spirit.
• Deep focus and understanding of the customer experience.
• Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, prioritizing, managing and driving each project to completion effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication, presentation & project management skills.
• Advanced analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively engage and influence relevant stakeholders.
• Resourceful and creative in coming up with ideas for different channels.
• Result oriented, grow mindset, humbleness, simplicity, flexibility.
• Fluency in English is a must.
