Mô tả công việc

Account management responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key internal operational executives and external stakeholders.

Your team will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Responsibilities:
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
- Strong understanding of all aspects of the core business, including but not limited to operational processes, technical systems, and commercials
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Assessing, clarifying and validating customer needs, and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions accordingly
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Gather and analyse market and consumer data to identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed, and other duties as requested by the Country CEO or COO
You will act as the key link between the customer and all relevant departments.

Key deliverables:
- Set up and be responsible for the performance and direction for the KAM Team, aligned with the strategy from Regional and Country CEO/COO
- Maintain the performance of the Parcel Claims and Recovery Team, and ensure the smooth migration from the legacy Recovery system to the new system

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Requirements:
- Proven account management or other relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
