1. Reports to: Chief Financial Officer
2. Place of work: Head office (HCM City). Address: 72, Nguyen Co Thach, An Loi Dong Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City
3.PURPOSE:
- Evaluate feasibility and provide analysis to support the Board of Management and the Board of Directors to make new investment decisions.
- Management & control of the Group's investments including investments:
+ Loc Troi Group's representative instructs budget planning to support the establishment of KPI system to assess business performance for Subsidiaries, Associated Companies,
+ Support to establish business strategies for subsidiaries and associated companies
+ Analyzing and evaluating to support CFO, CEO to evaluate and approve budget plans and business strategies of subsidiaries and associated companies
+ Monitoring investment effectiveness of investments, proposing solutions to improve investment efficiency, risk warning and propose solutions for CFOs and CEOs
+ Designing all kinds of reports, coordinating with the Finance Department and the Accounting Department to make the Executive Board understand the operating situation of subsidiaries, associates and investments.
+ Analyzing and proposing capital withdrawal strategies for inefficient investments
4.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
4.1 Develop investment management principles and tools:
• Building a portfolio management principle, maintaining a portfolio balance
• Develop processes, regulations and criteria for approving and managing investments;
• Develop a reporting mechanism and criteria for assessing investment efficiency (Investment performance) for outside investments;
• Provide a mechanism to coordinate the management of investment representatives in subsidiaries / affiliates.
4.2. Appraise investment proposals:
• Conduct an assessment of investment proposals based on specified criteria (market assessment, opportunity, risk, rate of return, etc.);
• Surveying, analyzing and reporting financial and non-financial information related to potential investors;
• Provide comments on investments for the Group from research & evaluations;
• Assist in making recommendations for support decision-making, ensuring investments in line with the Group's strategic direction.
• Report and present survey information to the CFO.
4.3 Track and manage investments
• Analysis of portfolio trends, identify related risks;
• Monitor & analyze investment efficiency in subsidiaries / affiliates (financial situation, compliance, quality of financial reports, operational models, structures, and indicators KPIs available) relate to,…);
• Monitoring investment efficiency compared to the proposed business plan;
• Clarify the causes of the differences between actual and business plans and provide solutions;
• Assist in analyzing and making recommendations when the representative makes decisions / voting opinions at the affiliated company / company;
• Report and present the monitoring and evaluation results to the CFO.
4.4 Business partner:
• Provide guidance for the Department / Division / Sector to conduct qualitative & quantitative analysis related to investment proposals;
• Guide and explain support to the Board / Division / Industry during the investment implementation process;
• Provide tools and guidelines for capital representatives at subsidiaries / affiliates to perform analyzes and reports;
• Assisting in the drafting of investment terms in the process of negotiating / signing investment contracts;
• Conduct analysis and evaluation reports for review, review and management of extraordinary investments when ad-hoc basis;
• Coordinate with Investor Relations Department to provide information and reports for investor relations management.

- Extensive existing personal networks of key early stage investors
- Experience in structuring equity and debt financing deals
- Demonstrable experience in both the demand and supply of business finance and investment
- Skilled influencer and persuader who challenges in an objective way; strong negotiation skills and ability to say ’no’ diplomatically where required
- Excellent financial modelling skills (Advanced spreadsheet and financial modelling skills)
- In-depth knowledge of finance, macroeconomics, securities trading, securities investment and M&A;
- A practical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to make clear and concise decisions
- Practical and technical knowledge of legal and regulatory issues affecting commercial contracts
- Effective relationship management skills and demonstrated credibility with investment teams
- Excellent computer literacy skills, including advanced MS Excel skills, MS Word and MS Outlook
- Ability and willingness to travel.
- More than 5 years of experience in management positions in finance or investment.
- Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance.
- CFA or similar preferred
2. Desirable:

- Working knowledge of relevant foundations and grant-‐making organisations that are relevant to the enterprise sector
- Knowledge of emerging economies, real estate and infrastructure markets, and asset classes
- Experience working within general banking or financial services
- Ability to support business development and client retention efforts

Ngày 23-08 – 2015, tại Thành phố Cao Lãnh, Đồng Tháp, Công ty Cổ phần Bảo vệ thực vật An Giang đã chính thức đổi tên thành Tập đoàn Lộc Trời. Thương hiệu Bảo vệ thực vật An Giang đã được nông dân biết đến và tin tưởng suốt 22 năm qua đang bắt đầu một cuộc chuyển hoá lịch sử với trọng tâm phục vụ người nông dân thông qua chiến lược xây dựng chuỗi giá trị nông nghiệp hàng đầu thế giới. Công ty Cổ phần Bảo vệ Thực vật An Giang (AGPPS) là nhà cung cấp dịch vụ, sản phẩm nông nghiệp dẫn đầu tại Việt Nam. Với sứ mạng cùng nông dân phát triển bền vững, AGPPS là công ty tiên phong tại Việt Nam xây dựng thành công mô hình chuỗi sản xuất lúa gạo bền vững giúp thay đổi cuộc sống của người nông dân và cung cấp sản phẩm gạo chất lượng cao trên khắp toàn cầu. Được thành lập vào năm 1993, với số vốn khiêm tốn và qui mô 23 người, năm 2004, AGPPS được cổ phần hóa. Công ty hiện đang có hệ thống phân phối trên toàn quốc với hơn 500 đại lý cấp 1, hơn 4.000 đại lý cấp 2, đang mở rộng sang thị trường Campuchia. Bên cạnh đó, AGPPS là công ty tư nhân đầu tiên tại Việt Nam sở hữu một trung tâm nghiên cứu nông nghiệp với qui mô lớn và hiện đại đặt tại Định Thành, An Giang. Trong suốt quá trình hình thành và phát triển, AGPPS có mối quan hệ hợp tác chiến lược với tập đoàn Syngenta toàn cầu (Thụy Sỹ). Không chỉ là nhà phân phối độc quyền các sản phẩm của Syngenta tại Việt Nam, AGPPS còn được Syngenta ủng hộ mạnh mẽ trong việc chuyển giao kỹ thuật và chia sẻ kinh nghiệm trong việc xây dựng một nền nông nghiệp bền vững với mục tiêu gia tăng giá trị lợi ích cho nông dân. Trong lĩnh vực xay xát lúa gạo và cơ khí nông nghiệp, AGPPS đang có mối quan hệ hợp tác chiến lược với tập đoàn Satake. Từ năm 2006, AGPPS bắt đầu triển khai chương trình “Cùng nông dân ra đồng”. Chương trình này được thực hiện nhằm mục tiêu mang tiến bộ khoa học kỹ thuật đến tận tay người nông dân Việt Nam. Điểm đặc biệt của chương trình này là lực lượng kỹ sư nông nghiệp 3 Cùng, nay đã lên đến con số 1000 kỹ sư nông nghiệp có mặt trực tiếp trên đồng ruộng để hướng dẫn, giúp đỡ người nông dân nâng cao kỹ thuật trồng lúa cho năng suất và chất lượng vượt trội. Bắt đầu từ năm 2010, AGPPS đã đầu thực hiện chiến lược hoàn thiện “Chuỗi sản xuất lúa gạo theo qui trình bền vững”. AGPPS xây dựng những vùng nguyên liệu trồng lúa chất lượng cao khắp vùng đồng bằng Sông Cửu Long với sự tham gia của hàng chục ngàn nông dân và sự hướng dẫn kỹ thuật trực tiếp của 1000 kỹ sư 3 Cùng. Lần đầu tiên, quá trình canh tác cây lúa được quản lý chặt chẽ từ khâu chọn giống, truy xuất nguồn gốc giống lúa cùng với qui trình canh tác tiên tiến. AGPPS đã xây dựng 5 nhà máy gạo trên khắp vùng Đồng bằng Sông Cửu Long, mỗi nhà máy có công suất 200.000 tấn/năm và dự kiến sẽ đạt đến con số 12 nhà máy với vùng nguyên liệu 316.000 hecta vào năm 2018. Với sự hỗ trợ mạnh mẽ từ chính phủ, sự tin yêu của nông dân Việt Nam và mối quan hệ hợp tác chiến lược với nhiều đối tác lớn, uy tín, AGPPS sẽ tiếp tục tiến những bước dài, bền vững trong tương lai cùng với nông nghiệp, nông dân Việt Nam.
