Play the key position in revising and implementing changes in business process across departments and operations


Description

* Monitoring, measuring, managing organization resources, policies and procedures. Ensuring high efficiency in operation and organization and increase in accuracy, transparency and productivity





* Assess current business objectives, business processes, value drivers and define core competencies to identify the challenges and opportunities for improvement





* Identify the areas of inefficiency with high critical analysis on the current business, analysing areas for improvement for future state





* Detecting and eliminating fraud and ensuring compliance with regulations, taxations





* Planning, executing and coaching on new business process implementation.





Coordinating cross functionally to support and have ownership on the business procedures, ensuring is it well-implemented across the business


Profile

* Minimum Bachelor or Master degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Business or in relevant field. CPA/ACCA is preferable





* Background in Auditing Big4, Finance and Accounting, has experience working with Operations team





* Strong stakeholder management, knowledgeable in Finance and Accounting, good negotiation skills.





* Fluent English communication is a must





* Experience working in complex organization structure, able to travel for work, ability to work independently, dedicated, smart and entrepreneurial

Responsibility
