Head of Internal Control & Risk Management Department

- Directly advise the Board of Directors on the implementation of internal control and risk management activities.
- Develop plans and organize regular and irregular inspection visits to ensure the departments’ compliance with the Company’s regulations, procedures, and policies.
- Developing risk management policies for the Company's business activities.
- Organize the survey, analysis and risk assessment for professional activities; monitor and supervise the risk of business operations in order to promptly give recommendations and solutions regarding risk management to the Board of Directors.
- Prepare periodic reports, compliance reports related to internal control and risk management; organize meetings for the Company's risk management council.
- Develop and organize training programs to raise risk management awareness throughout the Company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Accounting or Auditing or Law.
- FRM / ACCA / CICS / CFA certificate(s) preferred.
- At least 05 years of experience in internal control and risk management in enterprises, preferably with experience in finance sector and securities industry.
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Flunent English skill
