- Overall management of internal control activities in the group
- Plan and execute internal audit activities which include operations and compliance audits.
- Make the Internal Audit report based on fact-finding and aligned with department’s quality standards.
- Identify control gaps in business procedures, processes, or systems and initiate appropriate remedial actions.
- Provide recommendations that strengthen internal controls to promote efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee and track the remediation of identified control weaknesses; facilitate corrective actions for remediation.
- Research and update new technical literature applicable to the internal control process, emerging trends, and best practices.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Qualified CIA, ACCA, and/or CPA is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in internal audit role or relevant positions.
- Experienced in international company or big group with over 1000 employees.
- High level of logical thinking and understanding of operation business risk.
- Experience in Hospitality/F&B/Restaurants & Hotel industry is a plus.
- From Big 4 auditing firm is preferred.
- Qualified CIA, ACCA, and/or CPA is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in internal audit role or relevant positions.
