Head of Insights and Analytics (Mobile Apps, Building Up from Scratch, Pioneer Lending Product)

Mission: Oversees analytics operations in close cooperation with BICC and other related internal stakeholder. Guides the collection, analysis and interpretation of data that helps drive decision-making of Product & Customer Experience team, and management of Digital Business Centre. Drives collection of data in a variety of areas, from customer behavior through customer journey in D2C channel to the correlation of issues such as pricing and sales volume as it relates to acquisition metrics. Uses descriptive analytics to interpret past data and find trends, make detailed forecasts on where certain business strategies could lead D2C channel.

- Support establishment of target benchmarks and monitor the actual result on regular basis, including conversion rate, P&L figures, risk performance, operation performance, system performance, etc.
- Work closely with Product & Customer Experience to monitor and manage corrective actions for operational processes related to support of customer journey – drop off management, customer support, underwriting, collections, disbursement and repayment processes
- Initiate data analysis projects and/or proactively support data analysis projects initiated by internal stakeholders. Assign and oversee team on specific data analysis projects
- Interpreting data and developing actionable recommendations for business stakeholders. Provide insights based on data interpretation, conduct analytical and MIS support for various credit and product decisions on regular basis or on demand
- Support design and launch of various tests by structuring control group, setting targeted variables and ensuring capturing those during the test
- Cooperate with external and internal partners to develop, validate and implement acquisition scoring models
- Establishing, monitoring, evaluating, developing and implementing strategies for digital portfolio management
- Day to day staff management
- Assume other responsibilities, as per decision of upper management

- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science or Finance
- 7+ Years of experience with 3+ years of experience managing teams and direct reports in Analytics, MIS, Data Science or Modelling
- Retail banking/finance or digital business experience is preferable
- Strong analytical, predictive modeling and data mining skills
- Ability to make decisions that consider the high priority trade-offs between performance, project timelines, usability, short-term, and long-term impact
- Able to strategically interpret data and metrics and develop actionable recommendations
- Experience with SQL/Oracle, advanced Excel user, preferably analytical software like R, Python, SAS, etc.
- Superior relationship building with cross-functional teams to deliver results through excellent partnership (both internal and external) and negotiating skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills at all levels of the organization.
- Able to work in a matrix organization and partner successfully with teams across the organization
