1. Build HR plan, HR strategy
2. Advice and revise all admin current policies and develop the new one to ensure that the company run smoothly.
3. Build head count budget within the company approval.
4. Revise and improve recruitment policy to get talent for ensuring that the right employees and the right job and be accordance with company culture.
5. Revise and develop training programs.
6. Manage performance: evaluation & tracking, build growth and development plan
7. Continue improve C&B policy to comply with employee and company demand.
8. Make sure all plants to implement company C&B policy in the right way.

More than 6 years as the same level
Expertise in C&B is plus
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication in both Vietnamese and English
Experience in manufacturing company and multinational company
Age > 40 years old
