Working with Prudential as Head of Health Product means becoming a part of a prestigious global financial services group and an exciting vision: to be the leader in helping customers achieve their long-term financial goals. You will be the champion to to strengthen our leading position in our Health and Wealth product solution to customers. In this context, the role of healthcare product is to provide compelling and attractive healthcare product solution to serve the strategy.

Job Responsibilities:
- Formulation of health strategy, ramping team and drive execution to deliver the strategy.
- Developing innovative and cutting health-care products that meet the needs of market, at the same time deliver desirable revenue and profitability target.
- Lead and manage strategic partnership to ensure the delivery of customer experience such as TPA, hospital network and/or other players in healthcare value chain.
- Cooperate with Operation teams including Pricing, Underwriting, Claim, Customer Service and others to ensure the delivery of customer experience designed.
- Work with multi-channel distribution network (agency, banca, digital and partnership) for distribution of health products to ensure revenue target are met.
- Lead health and wellness (digital) partnership development and management to maximize customer engagement.
- Be instrumental in launching and ramping up Prudential’s health-ecosystem.
- People and team development: recruit and train fresh talents and incumbents to create subject matter experts

Key Success Factors:
- At least 10 years Product and/or closely relevant fields of experience in Life Insurance industry with over 5 years in management position.
- Exposure to Health insurance product management is a plus.
- Holding MBA degree in related Business management field is preferred.
- Proven track record in leadership skills especially in the areas of communication, team and project management. - Result driven, open to agile thinking and approach.
- "People” leader profile.

Key Accountabilities:
-  Health product development and product launch. Health product portfolio and proposition management.
-  Heat Healthcare partnership development focus on value added service to maximize customer engagement.
-  Revenue target of Healthcare line in relation to total company’s portfolio.
-  People and team development.
