Post and Telecommunication Finance Company is a non-bank credit institution, established and organized in the form of a one-member limited company with 100% equity of SOUTHEAST ASIA JOINT STOCK COMMERCIAL BANK (SeABank). Post and Telecommunication Finance Company Limited is organized and operates under the law on credit Institutions, enterprise law and other relevant laws.
Responsibilities
1. Budgets & Planning: Annual financial planning including quarterly forecast covering HC, costs and
expenses and profitability with due interaction with various business line leaders.
2. Financial Modelling – Develop and monitor P&L and financial modelling for all
product/channel/segment initiatives.
3. Reporting: Reporting (including discussion with business line leaders) monthly financials and other
reports highlighting key performance parameters. Provide Operational support/cost improvement
studies to enable effective management and improving operations and increasing efficiency of
resources/processes.
4. Special Projects/Assignments: Undertaking any specific projects, assignments and/or track and
update management with the best analysis.
5. Adhoc Analysis/Reports: Ad-hoc decision support for various global initiatives / improvement
projects.
6. Process Improvement and Standardization: Ability to define As Is Processes and lead in design of
to-be processes and roles leveraging leading practices and enabling technologies, to ensure optimum
and consistent performance.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis preferably in a financial services
(fintech companies, startups, digital banks, consumer finance)
- Knowledge of financial modelling in a consumer finance or retail bank setup
- Conversant with credit models, financial models and systems
- Very strong strategic planning, project management, and execution skills
- Very strong analytical, problem solving, and judgment skills
- High energy and commitment level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
