- Manage the architectural capability across the FECredit organization. Develop and coach architects within EA team and across the organization.
- Lead and develop IT Strategy with alignment to business strategy. Define the vision, the baseline and the target EA states.
- Develop roadmap from the baseline and the target EA, the EA governance framework. Deliver architectural initiatives that drive revenue and improve efficiency in-line with business goals. Deliver technology research and development projects
- Manage, develop and implement EA governance.
- Lead and develop EA including Business, Data, Application, Technology, Integration, Digital and Security Architecture; EA policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Ensure that technical architecture and design function of IT.
- Ensure all designs and any changes to systems are aligned with the target EA, IT Strategy.
- Manage, develop and implement EA governance. Ensure that the technical architecture strategy reflects the requirements for re-engineering or replacement before they become a material operational risk to the business or IT. IT assets and information risks management through appropriate standards and security policies
- Participate in the selection of IT development suppliers based on architectural domain decisions.
- Manage and supervise solutions architecture development, regulatory compliance, and adherence to target EA and principles.
- Manage and participate in development, validation and review of conceptual, logical and physical architectural designs; technical specifications, service and systems integration requirements.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in IT
- 5 to 10 years plus enterprise level delivery experience, e.g. operating as an Enterprise or Solution Architect in large organizations with complex multi-application IT landscapes
- Experience architecting platforms/solutions in large organizations, preferably Financial Institutions.
- Experience with TOGAF, Zachman or similar EA frameworks.
- Experience of the design and implementation of IT solutions using an Agile development methodology, e.g. Scrum, Lean or Kanban.
- Experience in the use of EA tools such as IT Planning, Salamander MooD, IBM Rational System Architect.
- Experience with delivering projects involving leading integration platforms such as Software AG, IBM ESB/WAS and TIBCO, as well as open source platforms like JBoss EAS, Mule ESB, WSO2 ESB etc.
- Ability to understand the business requirements and convert them into tool agnostic solution designs and think outside the confines of a specific tool
- Ability to objectively evaluate and suggest the right tools, techniques and platforms for various business situations regardless of personal experience and comfort.
- Intellectual strength / flexibility to rapidly understand complex problems and rationalise these into a workable solution which can then be delivered
- Be excited to deliver a pragmatic and innovative approach that optimizes architecture across business strategies and technology capabilities
