Head of Finance

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage general ledger and accounts for startup tech company
Manage company bank accounts and monthly reconciliations
Ensuring accurate and complete recording of all accounting entries and timely submission of Financial statements
Manage Vietnam based financial and regulatory reporting requirements
Assist with monthly consolidations, management reporting, and cash flow planning
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team; demonstrate ability to partner with other departments to enable growth while managing overall receivables exposure
Assist with information and data support for annual audits
Building a team of accounting and cash clerks

QUALIFICATIONS:

Masters degree in accounting (CPA preferred)
Minimum 5 years experience in accounting/auditing role in an SME or audit firm
Experience with cloud-based accounting software such as Xero is a plus
Interest in startup culture and venture capital environment
Good communication skills including speaking, presenting, writing
Fluent Vietnamese and English skills
