Mô tả công việc
- Functional Title: Head of Finance
- Reporting to: Senior Executive Director
- Based at (Division/Dept): Finance/Accounting
*Job Purpose Summary
- Take overall control of the company’s accounting and finance functions.
***Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Control the daily operation of accounting/Finance department.
- Lead and develop Finance and Accounting team.
- Supports executive management and strategic direction for the Company by consistently providing Financial Analysis.
- Treasury management: Control cash flow and support in Fund raising for the company requirements.
- Review monthly financial reports and other special reports for Management.
- To manage and co-ordinate all departments of the annual budget and control the budget.
- Review, verify all authority reports for Accounting/Finance department.
- Point of contact for local regulators and the external audit for financial reporting issues.
- Oversee Tax function.
- Being the main member of Development, recommendation and establishment of finance/accounting policies, procedures, systems.
- The member of Executive committee.
- Supervise and assist key existing and newly-hired Finance/Accounting Staff of their duties.
- Any other tasks as assigned by line manager.

*Education/Qualification
- BA degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant; higher is a plus
*Experience
- At least seven (10) years of professional experience in accounting/finance of banking industry / e-commerce, and two (5) years in a managerial capacity.
*Special Skills
• Proficient in the use of computer and basic software applications, especially in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficient skills in the performance of managerial functions, i.e. planning, leading, organizing, control and financial analysis skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
