Mô tả công việc
1. Lead, develop and manage the teams under the Finance function, namely Controlling, Accounting and Tax.
2. Ensure corporate governance and internal controls are effectively implemented and adhered to, especially from a local perspective.
3. Support the Country CEO on communication with the shareholders, especially on matters under the Finance function.
4. Ensure local reporting requirements are met (inter-alia: audit, tax and corporate secretarial).
5. Responsible for all aspects of financial management of the organization including development of financial & operational information for the organization in order to support decision making.
6. Be the key driver in accounting, controlling, budget/forecasting, taxation (including tax planning and transfer pricing), financial modeling and corporate secretarial.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. A professional qualification (i.e. ACCA, CA, etc.) or Degree in Accountancy/Finance.
2. Preferably with 5 year(s) of Senior Finance Managerial experience.
3. External audit experience is required.
4. Experience in insurance related business would be an added advantage.
5. Strong understanding and knowledge of accounting, tax, corporate secretarial rules and regulations under the local regime.
6. Good interpersonal, communication, planning, managerial and technical skills to execute assignments, raise and communicate issues or recommendations effectively and work cross functionally.
7. High integrity and excellent work ethics, with strong sense of responsibility, commitment and discipline.
8. Self-motivated, pro-active and able to work independently in a fast-paced and demanding environment, within tight deadlines.
9. Excellent leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills, good team player, willing learner and meticulous with an eye for detail.
10. Proficiency in MFRS and IFRS.
