Head of Finance & Accounting

Due to the growth of our business we need the Head of Finance and Accounting who will be responsible for managing the performance of Hanoi, Danang and Saigon Finance & Accounting teams as below. This position will be based at our office in District 3.

• Manage and oversee the full spectrum of the finance & accounting department
• Ensure that all transactions and financial statements are appropriately accounted for and presented in compliance with Vietnam government laws and the company’s policies
• Create the finance and accounting policies and processes
• Create and supervise the finance policies related to credit control, debt collection and company products following the company goals
• Update other related Departments on the change in Finance and Accounting laws fast and analyze the effect on the company. Work with other related Managers and Departments to create the new procedure/ policy if it is necessary to support the business effectively and get other Departments’ agreement
• Update the Board of Director how much capital the company needs, how to raise capital for the company and the cost of capital
• Provide the Board of Director with meaningful and timely information on the status of finance & accounting
• Liaise with Tax, audit, banks in regards to finance & accounting matters
• Develop and train other staff

• Experience in FMCG or big 4 companies is preferred
• Below 40 years old and have a good sense of business
• Excellent communication skills
• Have ability to persuade and convince other staff/ other Managers/ other Departments
• Have ability to know how much capital the company needs, how to raise capital for the company, the cost of capital
• Analytical skills and fast decision making
• Good knowledge of laws and regulations
• Experience in writing procedures
• A detail oriented person
• Have a good network and relationship with banks
• Responsibility, integrity and have leadership skills
