Job Summary

Supervise Company's financial activities, including the management and construction of internal, accounting, auditing and tax administration information systems; coordinating planning; coordinate to build and operate KPIs for sales staffs.
Ensure the establishment and implementation of financial management objectives are in accordance with provisions of law.

Job Duties

- Financial planning and analysis
Advising CEO, managing and controlling financial-related issues.
Defining key objectives and priorities, financial and performance assessments, as well as personnel and resource requirements for Division.
Directing capital plans, business plans and budgets to achieve Company's financial goals.
Reviewing financial plans of company’s projects.
Providing suggestions and solutions to financial problems.
Providing professional guidance and advice to subordinates, facilitate and share information to facilitate resolution.

- Financial and reporting compliance
Responsible for reporting, managing the management information system (MIS) and independent auditing.
Establish and ensure compliance with accounting regimes and standards
Responsible for issuing audit reports of the company in accordance with regulations

- Management of internal spending, taxes and assets
Managing internal spending through regular planning, payment and reporting.
Managing tax issues and fixed assets.

- Performing other tasks of BOD.

- Background
Bachelor’s degree or higher majored (refer in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration or related majors)
Have at least 5 - 7 years of working experiences in Banking & Finance, Executive Search Service or FMCG industries)
- Skills & Hand-on Experiences
Having profound knowledge of finance, updating financial accounting and tax knowledge in Vietnam;
Ability to adapt to different business models, solve financial problems;
Experience in forecasting / drafting budgets;
Equivalent positions in financial companies / banks / foreign financial institutions or financial companies / banks with the scale and level of development equivalent or more than FICO.
Good command in both Vietnamese and English.
Good interpersonal skills.
High integrity and responsibility.
Well organized, proactive with positive attitude.
Good computer skills (World, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
