Mô tả công việc
- Identify large organizations who are strategically well-positioned to accelerate with Go-Viet’s platform and develop strong, long-term partnerships with relevant parties at these companies;
- Support in both the sales and account management after the deal is closed;
- Manage the account management team. Responsible for both their performance and growth as professionals;
- Cross sell clients and continue to accreate value for both parties;
- Identify potential channel partners across a variety of clusters, segmented by industry, geography, and specific area of expertise;
- Collaborate with the executive and product teams to build and maintain a pipeline of relationships with potential partners, taking responsibility for the relationship throughout all stages;
- Close partnership agreements while properly balancing company goals, speed, and economic potential.
- Take primary responsibility for the execution and integration of new partnerships;
- Track, report, and optimize the performance of partnerships, including identifying issues as they arise, assessing possible solutions, and executing those solutions;
- Collaborate with all stakeholders such as Product team, marketing and brand team, to further solidify our partnerships and validate the timing and delivery;
- Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (written and verbal) to team members on partnership initiatives;

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 7-10 years work experience;
- 5+ years of management experience;
- Strong understanding of numbers;
- Extremely structured & a talented project manager;
- Successful track record of working on deals;
