Mô tả công việc
MISSION STATEMENT:
- Setting up the "E-distribution" division (Providing sales solutions / direct access to consumers for brand customers) including: personnel, processes, physical infrastructure and technology, services provided and the operating model of the Company.
- Human resource management, system operation and operational efficiency in order to achieve KPI with customers who are the company's partner brands.
ROLES:
- Set up / restructure parts, including OC, JD, JM number of positions, internal and external work processes.
- Proposing and implementing effective operational infrastructure solutions and appropriate technology solutions.
- Work together with NBDM to build a roadmap for finding brands (Brands) and coordinate for implementation.
- Set of KPIs and action plans.
- Manage KPI and P / L of BU.
- Allocate work, monitor performance and report to customers according to the agreed KPI.
- Search, evaluate and select partners for outsourcing (if any).
- Set up KPI with partners
- Negotiate commercial terms, trade finance, and other support from the firm to implement the proposed plan.
- Design, upgrade, package services with price to increase the competitiveness of the Company from which to get new contracts (brands).
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal:
- New Business Development Manager: Develop business plans for online and offline brands.
- Investment manager: Planning investment for BU.
- MIS: Coordinate with MIS to deploy technological solutions.
- Sales Operation: Collaborate with SO to devise appropriate workflows.
- Sales (offline): Agree on price policies, promotions so that they do not negatively affect each other.
- Warehouse: Organizing freight forwarding & collection.
- Finance: Reconcile, monitor liabilities with e-commerce platforms.
External:
- E-commerce trading floor: Open shop, manage orders, delivery, feedback, customer service.
- Customers: Explanation of KPIs.
- Convince customers to accept solutions and specifications.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in Business or other related field
- 5+ years of experience in Ecommerce.
- Prioritize: Used to be in charge of Ecommerce in brands (Cosmetics industry, FMCG, healthcare)
Advanced skill:
- Establish, operate and maintain e-commerce channels: website, facebook, e-commerce platform.
- Organizing the management of back-end e-commerce.
- Quality management front end to customers.
- Experience fulfillment, working with the supply chain.
- Customer service: CRM, handle feedback.
Skill
- Negotiating skills, leadership, analysis and problem solving
- 5+ years of experience in Ecommerce.
