Head of E-Payment Operations

Lead all e-payment operations at Moca, including reconciliation & settlement, product operations, risk management, and customer service:
- Manage reconciliation and settlement activities for Moca payment platform, covering bank account/card, e-wallet and merchant card payment, including:
+ Manage the reconciliation and settlement with banks, for bank account/card payment (ATM/Visa/Mastercard/JCB) and e-wallet cash-in/cash-out.
+ Manage payment reconciliation and settlement with merchants.
+ Manage fees reconciliation and settlement with banks and merchants.
- Manage Moca e-wallet operations, including custodian accounts management.
- Lead operational process improvement and product development:
+ Lead the development and improvement of operational processes and tools
+ Work with development team and partner banks to ensure Moca products comply with regulatory requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
- Manage regulatory reporting and operational compliance.
- Lead risk management activities for Moca payment platform, including:
+ Establish policies and operational procedures to actively control risks.
+ Work with development teams to build and utilize payment risk tools.
+ Manage transaction monitoring and authorization.
+ Manage handling of suspicious transactions.
+ Lead data analysis to continuously improve risk management controls.
+ Manage customer service team and activities.

*** Job Requirement (Knowledge, experience, skills)
- University or higher degree in Finance - Banking, Accounting, or equivalent.
- At least 03 years of experience as team/department leader (preferably higher) for payment, card or e-banking operations, in banks or e-payment firms.
- Solid knowledge of bank card operations, electronic payment operations, preferably including compliance and risk issues.
- Team management skills.
- Good command of English

- Working hours: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday (08:30 to 18:00)
