Mô tả công việc
- Promote our product lines by coordinating with Affluent Partnership management and media relations teams
- Create sales goals for each Affluent Partnership and communicate them to Affluent Partnership management
- Evaluate metrics on specific product lines and instruct Affluent Partnership Managers to adjust inventory appropriately
- Listen to Affluent Partnership Managers and determine their needs
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports and submit your findings and analysis to senior management
- Serve as the point of contact with vendors, distributors and brokers in your region
- Inform senior management of any discrepancies or issues with sales team goals and results
- Undertake other tasks assigned by Affluent Partnership Sales Director

Background
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experienced in Finance/Banking and preferred in unsecured loan / cash product
- At least 10 years’ experiences working in direct sales of banking products position
- Great motivational and communication skills
- Ability to read and generate reports and market analyses
- Understanding of banking products & services
Skills
- Strong oral & verbal communication skill
- Interpersonal, customer focused & goal driven
- Leadership skills
- Analytical skill
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Fluent in Vietnamese & English
