Head of Digital & CRMTop management

* Team size: 2

* Key Deliverables:
As the digital lead, you have to:
- Set the vision and drive the agenda for the taking KC Vietnam ahead to the next level of digital expertise.
- Drive a seamless consumer experience across her  journey and touchpoints on digital
- Drive execution excellence on digital among the marketing team with guidance and information derived from digital insights
- Build team capability
- Build new initiatives and innovations.
You will be the one who work closely with the marketing director to set direction for overall digital strategy and vision, as well as projects specifically. You also have to manage and supervise the team, agencies and relevant stakeholders to deliver the projects.

* Roles & Responsibilities:
Setup, run and optimize the data driven marketing model with key thrusts around:
- Drive 1st Party Acquisition
- Build CRM
- Data driven media - Leverage 1P, 2P & 3P Data in paid media to develop the segments with consumer journey, develop use case and implement in marketing campaigns and ecommerce programs
- Drive ecommerce campaigns to drive traffic & revenue across platforms.
- Build Digital Capability for the team. 

Projects cover but not limited to:
- Social media channels
- Brand websites
- SEM & SEO
- CRM
- Ecommerce
- O2O solutions
- Social listening
- Digital performance dashboard
- Data strategy & CDP
- Team training on digital marketing
- Partnership with vendors/media platforms

- 10-12 Years of experience.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing ecosystem
- Managerial experience
- Stakeholders management
- Ability to manage communication with brand teams/ business units and technical teams/production unit
- Knowledge in digital production
- Strong communication skill with cross function teams and multinational teams
- Ability to influence non reporting relationships is critical driver for success in the role.
- Strategic mindset
- Experienced in marketing & consumer communication
