Head of Delivery

Delivery is the heart of the company as without delivery, TRG would not exist. This position will report directly to the BOD. Experience working at a senior management level is required.

- Hiring, developing, leading, growing and mentoring the delivery teams.
- Bringing strong technology leadership to research & Implement high quality, and ‘fast-to-market’ solutions
- Taking complete ownership of all product / project deliveries scheduled, including all facets of people management, project oversight and delivery strategies & execution
- Providing leadership to Delivery Management staff responsible for managing different products / project delivery and operations
- Bringing excellent knowledge and skills to the role and generate enthusiasm across teams; working closely with your counterparts to introduce new technologies and continually improve best practices
- Defining delivery metrics across projects for measuring delivery, quality and performance of projects
- Applying effective budget management, cost management, operations management whilst delivering high quality within the defined budget
- Maintaining a good understanding of the target customer organisation and their business strategies & requirements
- Reviewing SOW, managing customer expectations, customer satisfaction scoring and surveys
- SOW review and team management
- Having hands-on experience in at least one area of data integration, data modelling or data reporting ‘leveraging’ tools
- Implementing specific systems, processes and methodologies, to ensure effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery.
- Attending client service review meetings; areas covered will include performance reports, service improvements, requirements, quality assurance and processes.
- Developing and facilitating workshops and training courses.
- Training and incubating offerings and teams, leading next level Delivery Managers.

 Excellent Leadership skills and management skills
- Ability to form sound relationships with major accounts and build trust and rapport
- Ability to respond appropriately to client queries and deal with complaints
- Excellent verbal skills, able to present to peers, client and the business in person, via phone & online/web
- Able to understand profit and loss calculations, calculate margin percentages
- Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities
- Excellent customer facing/customer service skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience and skill in performing business analyses, documenting requirements and mapping processes;
- A relevant master's degree will reduce experience requirements.
- Relevant industry certifications
- Previous work in an AGILE environment; JIRA Service Desk, JIRA Software, and Confluence hands-on experience with other project management structures.
- Experience building high performing, healthy teams.
