Mô tả công việc
*Planning/budgeting
- Support Deputy Director - Data Management and Complex Reporting in annual planning & budgeting for Data Management
- Plan data management team transition to new systems from old (such as DWH)
*People management
- In charge of the Data Management Team and responsible for the team management with respect to their work, trainings and satisfaction level
- Improve Internal satisfaction index of BICC data management team
*Day-to-day activities
- Responsible for overall data quality in data warehouse and data mart
- Responsible for documenting and sustaining operating model of the new integrated Data Management and Data Warehouse teams enabling appropriate roles, responsibilities, RACI, guidelines, best practices etc.
- Ownership of ETL processes for creating and updating centralized DWH as well as functional data marts. Make information available to all users in a timely fashion
- Collaborate with all department heads to successfully implement and maintain data transformation, including data quality and standards
- Participate in BICC department heads meetings for issue resolution, planning etc.
- Mentor and help develop technical competency of assigned team members. Define complex technical design/requirements for data warehousing & data marts projects
- Follows through with initiatives, assignments, and issues without direction and communicate updates and statuses effectively
- Undertake tasks assigned by Deputy Director - Data Management & Complex Reporting

*Background
- University Graduate, major: Computer Science, IT or Business Management
- At least 10-15 years’ experience working in Data mart/warehousing project, preferably working in Financial Services sector
- Proven data program delivery experience
*Competencies (skills & abilities)
- Good understanding of ETL and DW processes
- Extensive experience with database and ETL technologies (IBM Netezza, Oracle, IBM Data Stage and SAS Enterprise Guide)
- Good command on PL-SQL & UNIX scripting
- Must have good understanding of normalized and dimensional data modeling skills
- Strong oral & written communication skills
- Strong Leadership & Time management
- Ability to work under pressure
