Head of Creative

This position is akin to a senior brand/advertising/campaign creation expert

Overview
This new position will be responsible for crafting, capturing and refining Hoan My’s narrative and story. The ideal candidate will have a background in advertising or brand creation – and will quickly be able to write a compelling narrative telling the story of the Hoan My Group.

Why is the role necessary? Because the Head of Communications will be split across different workstreams, locations and deliverables. It is the responsibility of this role to harmonise, improve and create the written content that the Head of Communications will not have time to draft.

Key Responsibilities
• Drafting and refining a narrative (with input from Hoan My’s Director of Communications, and Clermont).
• Day to day lead for drafting narratives and storytelling material at Group and Hospital level.

The successful candidate will have:
• A background in narrative creation within advertising, brand or campaign creation, preferably at an agency
• Healthcare or medical experience preferred
• Vietnamese as their first language, but with strong English written skills.
• Proven professional writing experience (at least five years)
• A track record of producing first class materials across different formats, including press releases, articles, booklets and reports
• Passion for language and storytelling (when has the candidate told the story of a business?)
• Creative
• Ability to work at speed and multi-task.
• Positive attitude, be an ‘energiser’.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Seniority
• At least 8 – 10 years of clear professional experience in building narratives and brands
