Mô tả công việc
- Be responsible for monitoring all legal activities of the company, ensuring that all activities of the company are carried out in accordance with relevant laws, rules, regulations and charters of the company, as well as resolutions of the Board of Directors and shareholders.
- Consult, advise and offer solutions within the function for the Board of Directors, the BOM, Divisions, Departments of the Company/ subsidiaries of Nam Long Group about issues related to corporate legal, regulatory and legal projects, legal business projects complying with related law.
- Monitor all legal activities: corporate legal, business legal, project legal… of Nam Long Group.
- Support the BOM, Head of Divisions of the Company and the Directorates of company members / subsidiaries of Nam Long Group in the negotiation process, transaction, and settlement of legal disputes with employees, partners and customers under directions of CEO.
- Support the Project Development Division in the implementing legal project process.
- Initially Verify, check, advise and guarantee the quality in term of legality of materials, documents, contracts on level of Company and Divisions before submitting to BOM for approval.
- Represent the company to proceed legal procedures in the process of complaint, dispute and legal proceedings involved.
- Review and standardize legal records of the company, including contracts, agreements, notices and dispatch (current and arising).
- Evaluate, inspect, consult, ensure the quality for legal documents and contracts of subsidiaries according to charter of authority.
- Advise Investment & IR Divisions to solve problems arising in subsidiaries management as requested.

- Graduated from the Law University.
- Have Lawyer certification.
Working Experience:
- At least 10 years in the position Legal Manager or Company Lawyer, in which at least 5 years in the real estate field.
Expertise:
- Deep understanding about economics, finance and investment.
- Presentation, communication, negotiation and teamwork skills;
- Quick response and sensitivity for unexpected situations;
- Proficient English skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing);
- Fluency in the office software.
