[OBJECTIVES]
Head of Collections Strategy & Analysis Department is responsible for support the sustainable growth of the company through building collections strategies, policies, procedures, analyzing Collections Operations activities support Collections Center to achieve VPBFC's goal together.
[COMMUNICATION] Internal (within VPB FC):
*Internal Departments within Collections Center, Internal BUs within VPBFC
- Cooperate with other Department Heads of Collections to adjust and track policies (such as headcount, people cost, bonus schemes, etc.);
- Provide/receive information from/to other Department Heads to make sure all Collections policies and activities are developed and implemented effectively.
- Cooperate with BU’s Managers to control, ensure and improve collections activities (such as: HR, Finance, IT, CS, BICC…)
*External (outside VPB FC): Vendors
- Work with vendors who providing products/ services for Business
[KEY RESPONSIBILITIES]
* Planning/ Budgeting
- Develop annual budget for CS&A Department
- Monitor action plan & actual cost within budget to ensure their operation is sufficient.
*Policy/ Procedure
- Develop and continuously ensuring efficiency of Collections regulations, policies and procedures;
- Ensure the governance of all Collections activities in accordance with the approved regulations, policies and procedures;
- Monitor and Evaluate CBA for the policy changes rolled out for collection operations.
- Propose and document all policies for collections
*System/ Processes
- Implement and optimize automation system and associated business processes
- Monitor and ensuring accuracy of data as governance
- Support and Implementing projects to improve the collection and collections operation efficiency in conjunction with PMO /IT/ CEOO
*Operations
- Ensure Cooperation with other Center/ Departments to implement Collections business to achieve the VPBFC’s goal
- Develop daily tracking performance to Directors/ Heads by SMS and online in Web
- Administer CS&A activities
- Manage collections results tracking & reporting for all Collections Departments daily
- Deliver initiatives to improve Collections efficiency
- Ensure effective development and implementation of Automation systems.
- Undertake other assigned tasks when required
*People Management
- Manage work assignment of CS&A ensuring appropriate assignment, smoothness and continuity of operations.
- Coach and develop Department to ensure efficiency and continuous productivity improvement.
*Reporting & Portfolio management
- Periodical Collections report
- Test and implement alternate collections strategies to improve collections performance
- Provide feedback to Risk / Business to draw attention towards adverse impact of any policy changes / segments.
- Monitor portfolio on a continuous basis to initiate corrective actions for collections if any breach in portfolio risk indicators

- Bachelor Graduate, major: Analysis or related area
- At least 6-7years’ working experiences in Analysis position for Finance -Banking institutions. 3-4 years in managerial position
- Deep understanding of banking collection policies & process
