The Vietnam role for Citi Business Continuity Management (CBCM) Programs is a one-Citi basis covering all organizations within the country including Institutional Clients, Consumer, Global Functions, and operations and technology. The position is accountable for the Country Programs and responsible for the execution of the CBCM Strategy and Programs to achieve “Best in Class” BCM Standards in the country.

This position reports to the ASPAC regional CBCM head and the Vietnam Operations and Tech Risk and Control (OTRC) head.

This position drives the program at the country level, monitoring, challenging, recommending changes, Crisis Management, Recovery Site Management, coordinating other parts of the program (3rd Party BCM, Proximity Risk Assessment).

1. Oversight of the implementation of the CoB (Continuity of Business) Policy and Standards requirements and other CoB Program elements, including Completion of BIAs (Business Impact Analysis), BRPs (Business Recovery Plans), and CMPs (Crisis Management Plans) Coordination of the testing of BRPs and CMPs, Management reporting and escalation of issues, Training and awareness
2. Subject matter expertise to help drive BCM for emerging and evolving business processes and technologies such as digitalization, cyber risk, and data.
3. Represent CBCM at all relevant country forums.
4. Oversees business unit compliance with local and Global Business Continuity-related regulations in conjunction with the local compliance officer and the regional Business Continuity Management Team(s).
5. Provides direction and support to all BRCs within the Country
6. Crisis Management: Country Implementation of Citi Crisis Management Standards, Pandemic Coordinator responsible for delivering all requirements as outlined in the CoB Infectious Disease (pandemic) Operating Plan. Manage crisis events and crisis management exercises.
7. Responsible for CoB recovery site requirements and coordination
8. Support mitigation of Single Points of Failure (SPOF) and the Third Party CBCM program
9. Being in a CBCM leadership role requires senior staff who can influence senior stake holders without direct line authority
10. Ensure adequate level of in-country CBCM engagement, competency, and independent risk management.

1. Develop strategy and manage the CBCM Programs in close collaboration with regional and global programs
2. Interface with global business CBCM sector heads and project leads to roll out and implement policy requirements.
3. Manage Citi's CoB capability for all business sectors working with CSIS, CRS, CTI, business management, and the other stakeholders.
4. Be a subject matter expert by understanding and implementing requirements relevant to Citi policies, legal and regulatory requirements that impact BCM.
5. Ensure a strong understanding across the Region of the BCM Policy, identification of Internal, Regulatory, Reputational and Compliance gaps and provide appropriate consultation to the businesses about options for resolution.
6. Provide oversight over BCM related Reviews and interact with regulators and auditors on reviews of technology platforms.
7. Ensure effective management of the Information Security and BCM programs including metrics to provide early & timely detection, reporting, escalation and remediation of Risks and unresolved issues.
8. Continually explore and implement solutions to efficiently manage the BCM programs and simplify the processes.
9. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of industry knowledge about how the disciplines of CoB Controls collectively integrate to contribute to achieving business goals.
10. Collaborates with senior business leaders to achieve BCM program goals and objectives.
11. Builds relationships with management to garner support and raise the profile of CBCM Officers in the business.
12. Provides oversight to ensure that processes and projects are completed in a timely manner.
13. Monitors Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and remediation efforts in response to security events, assessment and audit results.
14. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of the status of all BCM programs and initiatives in the Country.
15. Influences and negotiates with senior leaders across functions. Participates and communicates with professional external parties as needed.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Job Skills
• University Degree.
• At least 5+ years of solid experience in Risk Management, Program / Project Management, Continuity of Business or Control & Compliance.
• Subject matter expertise to help drive BCM for emerging and evolving business processes and technologies such as digitalization, cyber risk, and data.
• Be able to face off to both local and regional / global senior management
• Strong collaborative and communication skills. Highly dependable team player with ongoing commitment to excellence.
• Ability to delegate to and influence staff over whom you do not have line authority
• Organized, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and with tight schedules.
• Demonstrated strength in people management and team building is key.
• Strong execution skills in a multi-tasking mode are critical.
• Excellent communication, verbal, written, executive presence and interface skills
• Ability to operate in diverse environments and cultures.
• Knowledge of Operations & Processes
• Must be highly organized and have strong project management skills.
• Able to manage and influence effectively in a matrix environment.
• Language capability: Vietnamese, English Fluency
