1. Company Summary
PRIMUS’s Client is one of the first real estate investment trusts (REITs) in Vietnam and aims to become the leading property technology company in the region.
2. Position Summary
The potential candidate for this position will be responsible for leading the continuous growth and expansion of the company on a global basis. The Business Development Manager will have comprehensive responsibilities across the product platform and have specific responsibility to support the continuing development of the company’s businesses.
3. Job Detail
- Responsible for all aspects of company development projects including financial analysis and modeling, deal engagement, negotiation and closing, and design management.
- Conduct research and market analysis related to new business opportunities, acquisitions, and development.
- Assist in developing site plans that deliver the best in class product consistent with the market demands

MUST HAVE
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Sales Managment, or related fields
- More than 5 years of experience in Vietnam real estate.
NICE TO HAVE
- Personality: smart, hardworking, outgoing personality,
- Prefer to have a wide range of relationships with real estate developers
