Post and Telecommunication Finance Company is a non-bank credit institution, established and organized in the form of a one-member limited company with 100% equity of SOUTHEAST ASIA JOINT STOCK COMMERCIAL BANK (SeABank). Post and Telecommunication Finance Company Limited is organized and operates under the law on credit Institutions, enterprise law and other relevant laws.
Responsibilities
- Carry out security investigation of fraud and security cases which are assigned to the department.
- Visit point of sales which are located through the city and verify information such as location, present staff, goods sold etc.
- Perform visits to the point of sales and carry out of quality checking of sales staff.
- Communicate with law agencies and provide supporting materials for them
- Attend the local court hearings for severe violation cases.
- Define and implement security processes and procedures.
- Operational capacity planning, hiring, staff development.
- Create and implement operational metrics in monitoring and measuring security performance (SLAs, KPIs), efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive team productivity and effectivity to optimize costs, improve performance.
- Set up SLA with the business units, especially with Antifraud department.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University Bachelor or above
- At least 5 years’ experience as police investigator, specialized in organized fraud or economic criminal activities, or at least 5 years’ experience as army officer, or as security investigator or head of security for consumer finance company.
- Managerial experience. Ability to lead and motivate staff to high productivity and efficiency.
- Pro-active and enthusiastic approach to providing leadership and direction to peers and subordinates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Organized. Ability to prioritize and to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-confidence. Self-motivated and goal driven. Orientation toward results.
- Willing to travel across Vietnam to different cities and locations.
