Mô tả công việc
- Check food receiving on site frequently
- Control food safety and hygiene
- Adapt the menu with PRJ target
- Modify weekly menu from sites to meet costing target and client’s requirement.
- Attend chef cook recruiting process and train to them
- Market price control and report to Operations manager to re-orient purchase
- Monthly control inventory (food, gas, other things...)
- Replace chefs cook on site when they are sick or on leave
- Preparing and opening new catering site
- Report to operations manager any problem concerning equipment, staffs,
- Control food cost of all site base on target of Management
- Ensure the operation is operating accordance to the policy of the company
- Keep improving when cooking to ensure the high quality and full quantity without hazards
- To reduce wastage in the act of food preparation
- To ensure that the costing per meal is adhered
- To ensure all equipment is properly maintained
- Check personal hygiene of the staff
- Follow up hygiene regulations and working plan
- Take care of hygiene in the whole working area
- Coordinate and suggest improvement way that can be made to enhance CAT services.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 5 years of experiences as executive chef in food service industry, or hospitality
- Good knowledge of government regulations on Food safety
- Good at English reading, speaking and writing.
- Good at computer skills in Windows and Microsoft Office
- Good communications skills
- Management skills
