We are looking for an experienced, ambitious Head of Cement Additives APAC for our steadily growing market in APAC, who is looking to further expand their potential in an exciting environment.
EXCITING CHALLENGES
Together with APAC Concrete and Management team, responsible for growth and profitability of Cement Additives business in APAC. Implement strategic developments in technologies and products to generate /support profitable growth and attainment of market shares. Apply latest technologies to make sure that our products are best in class in both performance and innovation. Ensure the transferring of technical knowledge within the Region and throughout the countries. Manage / grow Cement Aid business at his best capability. To attain all these, the successful candidate shall:
• Implement annual targets set and agreed together with Regional and local management.
• Work together with regional and local R&D to develop and launch products in time competitively.
• Leads new product development, provide clear direction in positioning and launching period.
• Ensure that all times CA business is fully manned with employees of suitable caliber.
• Implement and support Key Account Management strategy for global and Regional cement producers in APAC.
• Conduct regular training to maintain high level of technical and formulation competencies across the region, areas and countries.
• Maintain at all times thorough knowledge on technologies / products versus market trends, monitor regularly competitors’ development and products.
• Establish regular communication platform within the region to share issues/solutions and information related Cement products and technologies.
• Represent APAC on internal and external meetings related to Cement Aids.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive database on cement industry to support developments of concrete and cement additives business.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
WE NEED YOUR SKILLS:
• Master's Degree in Engineering/Business Administration/Marketing - or other related field
• At least 10 years experience in construction chemicals industry and sales experience with demonstrable success
• Expertise in value selling
• Strong in making business decisions and in negotiating
• Excellent communication skills on all levels in an international matrix organization
