Mô tả công việc
• Manage all HR activities of Southern Brach, such as HR daily management, payroll, etc.
• Develop employees by set-up individual development plan (IDP)
• Travel to visit employees in up-country provinces with the company
• Have good knowledge in Labor Law
• Recruit new employees via various channels
• Create new activities for employee relation and happy workplace
• Able to identify HR action plan and follow-up the results
• Able to be good consultant in HR issues with managers and employees
• Prepare monthly HR reports for the company
• Record and maintain employees’ training data for Human Resources Development system
• Analyze manpower model, turnover rate and labor productivity every month

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Age: over 25 year olds with at least 2 years’ experience in human resources management
• Education: Bachelor Degree in related field
• Comfortable on travelling nationwide
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Able to co-operate with the others well
• Good service-mind
• Proactive & adaptive & teamwork
• Mature and be able to work independently
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
