- Participating in Mergers & Acquisitions and fund-raising advisory transactions including target/investor search and screening, valuation analysis, preparation of investor documentation, deal structuring and facilitating negotiations
- Performing research and analysis on market entry and search projects across a range of industries
- Performing research and analysis on market entry and search projects across a range of industries
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduates from top Vietnamese universities or reputed international universities. Majors in Finance, Business, Economics, and related fields
- 2-3 years experienced in a similar position
- Strong fundamentals in corporate finance and accounting concepts, financial statement analysis and valuation methods
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to develop to become a Business Rock Star
- Ability to rise to the challenge and reach results in a strategically complex environment
- Expert skills in Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
- High proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.
- 2-3 years experienced in a similar position
