(HCM) Technical Business Analyst (BrSE) (Japanese Speaker)

- Study the Company e-commerce solutions (Magento, Salesforce) and follow the platform evolutions in order to be well aware of the out-of-the-box features
- Work with the Pre-sales / Business Analysis team in order to understand the customer needs and advise on solutions / how to manage the best with the standard platform features
- Get involved as needed in customer meeting in order to understand needs and guide them on workable solutions
- Understand clearly the ecommerce ecosystem and how integration between ecommerce and other systems (OMS, WMS, PIM, eDM, CRM, etc.) needs to be set
- Work with the Head of Practices when there is a need to come deep into technical and validate the feasibility of a specific solution, following a custom need
- Assist in drafting the Sales proposal document for customer (on the solution / functional side)
- Assist in writing the business requirement / functional document and responsible to handover the project knowledge to the delivery team
- Report to the Head of PMO

- Fluent in English
- Good in Japanese
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with multi-cultural teams
- Strong analytical skills and highly rigorous
- Experience with Web development and IT system
- Sound understanding of hosting needs and constraints for development (Load balancing and session management, CDN and URL management, caching mechanism, headless technologies, etc.)
- Previous experience with e-commerce development is a plus
- Independent and dedicated
