Mô tả công việc
Work with Vietnam development team, Product Owner (PO) in VN or Japan and other SM in organization.
• Promoting and supporting Scrum
• Design team own process based on basic scrum process
• Facilitate all the scrum events and other meetings
• Visualize the status, progress and problems of team tasks
• Remove impediments to team's progress
• Coordinate and adjust everything in product management
• Encourage team to improve continuously
• Support team building to build a relationship of trust
• Support the work which originally other members are in charge of, in the beginning of project
• Adopt Scrum to the organization, and lead and coach the organization effectively
• Support 1 - 3 teams (maximum 3 teams)
• Support Team to promote self-organization by themselves
• NOT a Project Manager

You are a servant leader for scrum team (a leader who can firstly serve team members and then lead them for the outcome of team)
MUST
• Outstanding listening/communication/coordination/facilitation/teaching/coaching/mentoring skill
• Good mind set: dedicated, disciplined, proactive, cooperative, professional
• Excellent in people‘s motivation control
• Like adjustment
• Think on user view (not on developer view)
• Fluent English
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum
• Eager to learn Japanese language and culture
PLUS
• Fluent Japanese
• Experience as Product Owner/Product Manager
• IT knowledge
• Marketing knowledge
MUST
