We are now seeking one Ruby on Rails Leader who takes responsibility to develop Application for Real Estate Investor & develop performance new features in Service Oriented Architecture & leads team members
Your principal accountability is:
- Make documents, adjust schedule and prioritize tasks cooperate with PM
- Implement new features & improve existing ones.
- Create pull requests to Github
- Technical support for team members, Team building
- Deliver high quality, support planning & testing features (Unit test, technical review/code review)

Education: University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
Experience:
- Have 4+ years experience in Ruby, Ruby on Rails frame work
- Experience in Git/Github
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies such HTML, JavaScript, CSS & jQuery..
- Be able to perform individually as well as a team
- Good leadership and effective communication in both verbal & nonverbal.
- Strong analytical and solving problem, support/ training other members in team
- 3+ years of management skill
Skills:
- Be able to read and understand English documents
- Good sense of teamwork and high responsibility
- Good communication skill
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined
Experience:
