[HCM] Product Marketing Staff

• Master of Product Knowledge and understand product line-up strategy
• Write and prepare product content in VN and EN
• Creating maximum excitement and BUZZ for our clients
• Assist with development of various clients brand campaigns
• Brand & Business development strategies and execution
• Acting as liaison between client and customer
• Run events at various venues
• Master of in-store POSM
• Experience in running ATL & BTL
• Research markets and study the company’s brand
• Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns
• Coordinate sales, product development and other teams
• Track budgets with an eye towards maximizing gains and reducing costs
• Analyze industry, competition and market trends
• Prepare reports on brand performance and sales
• Tasks assigned by Marketing Manager

• Background FMCG or automobile
• Passion in fashion
• Good interpersonal skill
• Knowledge of brand positioning, brand attribute, brand portrait, consumer segmentation, consumer insights…
• Familiarity with brand plan, and all Brand KPI
• Ability to conduct research and analyze data
• Organizational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Results-driven attitude
• A creative mindset
