* Industries focus: Insurance/Consumer Finance/Banking/Fintech
• Ensure assigned team sales target and operating objectives is met in alignment with overall Company sales and profitability objectives
• Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
• Expand the relationships with existing partners by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
• Ensure the correct company’s products and services are delivered to partners in a timely manner
• Serve as the link of communication between key partners and internal teams
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by partners and deal with complaints to maintain trust
• Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Proven 2-3 years working experience in relevant sectors (B2B, B2B2C)
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Foreign Trade or relevant field
• Must have working knowledge/background in Insurance/Consumer Finance/Banking industry/Fintech/Online Payment/e-wallet or relevant industries
• Excellent communication skills, problem solving and negotiation, influencing skills
• Excellent projects and tasks management, excellent organizational skills
• Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
• High performers sales mindsets, such as positive thinking, empathy, hunger & hunter, reading situations
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Foreign Trade or relevant field
• Must have working knowledge/background in Insurance/Consumer Finance/Banking industry/Fintech/Online Payment/e-wallet or relevant industries
