JOB OVERVIEW
- Enable all our people to contribute to the 4P’s Society’s strategy and working practices and working and volunteering environment understand and feel informed and equipped to fulfil their potential and maximise their contribution to bettering the lives of users. Ensure all employees fully embrace the message "Delivery Wow, Share Hapiness"
- In delivering this function, the Employee Engagement & Culture Manager plays a key role in establishing, maintaining and nurturing proactive, meaningful engagement across the 4P’s Society. Specifically, the post holder acts as the lead adviser and mentor of the Employee Forum and provides ongoing support to influence and shape the development of volunteer engagement opportunities. The role is also responsible for related communications and activities and ensures they are regularly measured and reported on to monitor how we connect to our people meaningfully and across the company.

WHAT YOU‘LL DO
1. Employee and volunteer engagement:
- Responsible for advice, support, and the ongoing development of the Employee Forum, liaising with the HR and CEO;
- Responsible for ensuring the involvement of the Employee Forum in relevant 4P’s Society wide activity to maximise employee engagement, such as the periodic engagement survey.

2. Writing, Presenting and Analysis
- Produce accurate copy, in line with house style, for a range of internal communications including bulletins, briefings and the intranet (FaceBook at Work) related to the post holder’s main areas of activity;
- Sensitively edit and proof-read the work of colleagues in the Employee Forum in line with house style and internal communications best practice.

3. Event Management
- Assist the Internal Communication and Engagement with the organisation of, and content development for, key organisational events such as management conferences and virtual meetings;
- As part of the support to the Employee Forum, responsible for the design and implementation of the weekly or biweekly events as well as monthly All Hands Meeting.

4. Additional Responsibilities
- Develops long-term strategies and sponsors key initiatives to promote and achieve a culture of service excellence and employee engagement;
- Develops and executes annual budgets and proposals, timelines and creative design to increase employee engagement and to sustain the employee culture;
- Oversees the overall production of internal communications, events and programs materials, including newsletters, pre-shifts, e-blasts, Facebook, LinkedIn etc. for the purpose of communicating critical information to employees. Ensures all communications reaches multi-generations, diverse employees, and various levels of education;
- Develops employee recognition strategies to include reviewing, evaluating and making recommendations for departmental recognition programs together with Leaders;
- Participates in ongoing analysis of key data identifying trends. Develops, evaluates and implements new processes to ensure employees are informed of company programs and announcements;
- Collects timely data to support business initiatives through focus groups, surveys, town halls, one-on-one interviews, and other methodology; evaluates and applies the data to support decisions;
- Strategically collaborates with and builds relationships across functional divisions, Corporate Entities, properties and key external stakeholders;
- Assess and analyze targeted stakeholders to enable strategic design and implementation of initiatives;
- Researches, evaluates and selects vendors according to requirements aligned with the request for proposal;
- Other job related duties as requested.

ARE YOU OUR "FIT"?!
- Bachelor Degree in related fields;
- At least 2-3 years of experience in of working in internal communication or HR;
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills (VN and EN);
- Excellent negotiating and influencing skills; ability to influence beyond your authority and evidence a positive impact on the organisation;
- Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to plan, priorities and deliver;
- Ability to manage a number of different work streams under pressure;
- Ability to contribute to budget management;
- Consistently strong attention to detail;
- Confident yet sensitive approach to dealing with a wide range of colleagues;
- Ability to self-motivate and motivate others;
- Experience of handling sensitive information.
