[HCM, District 1] Risk Management General Manager (Fmcg, Manufacturing)

- Make working plan, budget and closing annual results
- Decide role of each staff and Manager, instruct and supervise daily work
- Educate Manager and each staff, Manage personnel of Dept, assess the performance of Manager and staff
- Propose, interpretative and update of Internal Rules related to Risk Management
- Decide Credit Rating of Customer and Supplier
- Coordination for setting up Credit Limit, Long-Short Transaction Limit and assets
Deliberation, Approving, Follow-up
A Checking request for SO Release and Release on ERP
B Monitoring outstanding of A/R balance and Credit Limit
C Supporting Overdue debt collection
- Deliberation, Approving, Follow-up for , lending, borrowing, disposal and maintenance asstes
- Any other responsibilities set out on Decision Making Regulations
- Any other tasks based on instruction from Senior General Manager

- Have working experience as relevant position (in bank or global company)
- English language skill (have experience using in business)
- Can follow this process with manager
- Have understand for this process as global standard
- Working experience in global companies
- Know well about accounting and how to analyze Financial Statement(F/S)
- Good at decision making, stress management, coaching,
- Proficient excel and word skill
